  • Do you have "send a gift" option?

    You can send gifts via 365ist.com. Sending a gift to someone is as easy as ordering it for yourself. To send a gift, add the item/items to your Shopping Bag, then choose the "gift box" option. Add a gift note and we will deliver the gift/gifts to the address you choose.

    You earn points for your purchases at 365ist.com. 1 point equals 0.1 TL. You can use your points on your next purchases on payment page. Points can not be combined with other promotions or gift coupons. 
  • Can I use my gift coupon on discounted products?

    Gift coupons are not valid on discounted products. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code. 


  • Do I pay for delivery?

    Within Turkey, 365ist.com offers free standard delivery. For international orders, customer is responsible for shipping fee.
  • When will I receive my parcel?

    Except the products with the "Same Day Delivery" logo, your orders will be shipped within time stated on product page. After shipment, our standard free delivery takes 1-5 working days. Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.
  • Where is my parcel?

    After we've placed your order for shipping, we will be sending you a shipping tracking number via e-mail. By entering the website of cargo company (www.yurticikargo.com) you can reach any information about your parcel using your tracking number. For international orders you can track your order via www.dhl.com using your tracking number.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, you can return them or exchange them for another size within 15 days of the date of receipt. 

    For international orders, please note that we do not accept returns except for incorrect or faulty items. 

    1- You must indicate the items you would like to return or exchange on the returns note and enclose it in your package.
    2- Book your collection with the shipping carrier that delivered your order and ship your package to our return address provided below.

    3- Once we have received your return, we will inform you via e-mail.
    4- Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items in 10 days and inform you via e-mail.
  • Can I return designer products?

    No, unfortunately we can not accept returns for designer products.
    - Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed or damaged and must have all tags attached.
    - For reasons of hygiene, products like underwear, swimsuits and socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
    - Designer products cannot be returned. You can exchange the item(s) for a different size or demand alterations on the purchased item(s).
  • When will I receive my refund?

    Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items in 10 days and inform you via SMS and e-mail.
